PDI Invoice Launcher will create invoices / credit notes using a layout
defined in Crystal Reports. Print invoices to a screen, printer, PDF document and also email in PDF format to a MAPI complaint email application. When printing to a printer you can specify the number of copies to print and print one with out a heading and one with a heading to different paper trays. Ideal if you need one copy on headed paper and one copy on plain.

In addition PDI Invoice Launcher allows you to print statements for open item customers. Again printing to screen, printer, PDF document and email. You can also specify different bank accounts and assign them to customer accounts. This is ideal if you receive foreign currency payments in to different bank accounts.
 

PDI PackIT is designed to work in conjunction with your order processing
and gives you audit control over the picking and packing process. Scan or enter the Pastel Order number and pdiPackIT will display the complete order on the screen.

The warehouse staff can then scan the products and the quantity scanned will be recorded. pdiPackIT works in both quick mode (where each scan represents 1 product packed) or a pop-up screen is displayed asking the user to enter the quantity packed. Once the order line is completed, it is marked as finished and any attempt to over pack the product line is recorded. pdiPackIT can produce Picking/Packing notes which can be sent to two separate printers. These means that the Picking/Packing note can be produced in two locations, the warehouse and the accounts/order processing department.
 

PDI GL Journal Mapping will take a text file created by another system and import the transactions in to Pastel. You can define a mapping table that will take the account from your external system and map it to the required GL account within Pastel.

Ideal if you have an external system or another Pastel company that may not have the same accounts structure.
 

PDI Inventory Count allows multiple users to capture inventory take entries. You can also filter the grid view by store and inventory group and also bin number range, making it easy to split which user captures which information. Users can then further filter the grid and also produce count variance and recount reports.
 

PDI Price Import allows you to import customer specific prices against a customer range based on a pre-defined comma separated file (csv). We also have a version that can import from an Excel spreadsheet based on the value of one of customer user defined fields.
 

PDI User Document Move if you have different users creating invoices, jumping to user batches can be difficult if the user can not exit from Pastel. This application will show you all unposted Invoices and credit notes and allow you to select and transfer them to another user or your batch. You can then check, print and update without affecting other users.
 

PDI Client 2000 to Pastel Import is an example of the different types of import routines we have created. Client 2000 is a transport application that allows for the pick/packing and labeling of Parcels. Client 2000 can receive orders for packing from Pastel and then return picked orders to Pastel which can then be imported and the invoices created automatically.
