We are creating reports against the Sage Pastel Partner Accounting range on a daily basis and have been doing so since 1994. Over the years we have also created reports against Sage Line 50, ACCPAC and other bespoke products all using Crystal Reports from Business Objects.

Custom reports can give you the data in the format and layout that you require and we even make it easy for you to launch them using the PDI Reports Desktop application. Create stock sheets, sales reports, specific Invoice layouts, statements, mailing labels, customer product information. If the data is within the application we can create a report to present it in the format you require.

This report allows you to list payments based on a payment date. Download the PDF file to see the output. You can adjust the format using Seagate Crystal Reports Version 7 or higher.

This report is designed to give to your sales staff. It lists the balances as at the last statement run, top 5 products, contact and address details. You can adjust the format using Crystal Reports Version 7 or higher.
 

Re-order report for for Pastel V5.2 Re-Order Report

This report gives you a reorder based on the actual documents rather than batch quantities (which may be incorrect). It gives you the current unposted invoices, sales orders, purchase orders and physical stock. It also includes the Maximum and minimum stock levels and the amount to order to bring the stock level to the minimum level.

This report gives you a label style list of your customer broken down alphabetically.

Trial Balance for Pastel V5.2 Foreign currency Trial Balance

This report lists your trial balance for any selected period showing the home currency balance and then a maximum of 6 currencies, in the remaining columns. Report uses the month end rate for each currency to produce the required result.
 

Customer Directory for Pastel V5.2 Customer Pricing
