PICK - SCANIT - PACKIT

Scan or enter the Pastel Order number and pdiPackIT will display the complete order on the screen.

The warehouse staff can then scan the products and the quantity scanned will be recorded. pdiPackIT works in both quick mode (where each scan represents 1 product packed) or a pop-up screen is displayed asking the user to enter the quantity packed.

Once the order line is completed, it is marked as finished and any attempt to over pack the product line is recorded.

pdiPackit can produce Picking/Packing notes which can be sent to two separate printers. These means that the Picking/Packing note can be produced in two locations, the warehouse and the accounts/order processing department.

pdiPackit comes with a suite of reports giving you full audit details on products and orders packed.

Items Packed: This report gives you details by inventory item on orders received and items packed. This report can be run in summary or listing each individual order and pack quantity, between a given date range.

Tracking Report: This report gives you a break down by order and product, the times each item was scanned and which user scanned the item. It also shows any attempted scans that would cause an over pack.

These reports give you full audit details on when, by whom and over pack attempts for your orders.

pdiPackIT is designed to either work with a keyboard wedge scanner or a scanner attached to the COM port on your warehouse machines and has been tested with the Symbol Cobra LS1900. But, can work with any scanner that can be set with a suffix "after scan" of <ENTER>.

pdiPackIT reports are all designed using Crystal Reports from Crystal Decision and so can be adjusted as required.
