CRM Lite Version 4 has been completely rebuilt to use the Firebird RDBMS SQL database. With the new database structure comes an increase in speed and usability of the software.

CRM Lite Version 4 still links directly to Pastel customer details, but now also gives access to the supplier information within Pastel.

So as well as creating activity/tasks, viewing order history, transaction history for a customer account you can now do the same for Suppliers.

New functionality has been added, to allow for tasks on sales opportunities, document repository for customers, suppliers, prospects and sales opportunities.
