Selecting multiple addresses for an Email/Mail Merge
It is possible to use the column filters to select the records that you wish to include in your Mail Merge or EmailMerge.

Any of the columns that have a down arrow against the column heading can be used to filter the records. So you could filter the records based on Sales Code or Category or one of the 5 user defined fields held within Pastel.

To automatically select all the records in the grid, first tick the Mail check box in the very last record you wish to include in the Mail or Email Merge.

Then click the Mail column header and all records will be ticked up to the tick you placed in the grid.

If you click the Mail column header again, all the records up to and including the last ticked checkbox will be un-ticked.

Mail Merge - "called rejected by callee" error when executing a mailmerge
If you are using Word 2000 and Norton Anti-virus 2000 (NAV) then you may receive the error above when trying to execute a mail merge with CRMlite. This is a known issue between Word and NAV. A detailed explanation and solution to this can be found at the following url: -
